Licence
Pyrite CAD is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), together with these terms. If they differ, the Apple Standard EULA applies.
Your designs
Everything you design with Pyrite CAD is yours. We claim no rights to your files.
Check before you build
Pyrite CAD is a design tool. Dimensions, volumes, stress analysis, generative design, CNC tool paths and G-code it produces are approximations of the model you made. Before printing, machining, manufacturing or relying on a part where safety matters, check the result yourself – simulate tool paths on your machine, and have structural parts verified by a qualified person. Pyrite CAD is provided “as is”, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
Open-source components
Pyrite CAD uses open-source libraries, among them Open CASCADE Technology and planegcs under the GNU Lesser General Public License 2.1. Their licences, notices and our written offer of the object files needed to relink the app with a modified version of these libraries are in the app: Settings → About Pyrite CAD and Licences.
